4. Online Booking
Submitting an online booking request does not guarantee an appointment. All booking requests are subject to review and confirmation by our practice. We will contact you to confirm your appointment details. We reserve the right to decline a booking request where we are unable to meet your clinical needs or where the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.
5. Referral Requirement
A valid referral from a GP or specialist is required for Medicare rebates to apply. It is your responsibility to obtain and provide a current referral prior to your appointment. Simple Psychiatry accepts patients with or without a referral, however Medicare rebates will not apply without one.
